Please help identify the grave sites of our Sturgeon ancestors that have fallen into decay, disrepair, desecration, or no longer exist.
To the extent that you can, please gather the following information:

Name of the Sturgeon ancestor
Dates of birth and death
Location of the grave site (e.g.: name of the cemetery, street address, city, state, plot, etc.)
If applicable, obtain a map of the cemetery and locate where the gravesite is.
Address, phone number and/or e-mail address of the cemetery administrator
Photo of the gravesite
A description of its condition
