To the extent that you can, please gather the following information:

• Name of the Sturgeon ancestor
• Dates of birth and death
• Location of the grave site (e.g.: name of the cemetery, street address, city, state, plot, etc.)
• If applicable, obtain a map of the cemetery and locate where the gravesite is.
• Address, phone number and/or e-mail address of the cemetery administrator
• Photo of the gravesite
• A description of its condition
